Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your order! If there’s any issue, we offer Free Returns within 15 days of delivery on eligible items.

Conditions for Returns:

• Items must be returned in new, unused, inactivated condition, with all original packaging, manuals, and parts included.
   
• If your item arrived damaged, did not start, or malfunctioned within the protection period (not due to misuse), please contact us immediately. You must return the item postmarked within the return window.
   

 To be eligible for a refund, items must meet the return conditions. If the item is damaged due to misuse, missing parts, or not returned in original condition, a refund may not be possible. 

We’ll inspect returned items upon arrival and issue a refund if the conditions are met.  Contact us to start the return process.
